1. Do I have to meet a minimum order?
We have no minimum order requirements. Buy as much or as little as you want!
2. I love this product! What's it made of?
Materials are listed on every product's page on the website. If for some reason a material isn't noted or if you'd like more specifics, feel free to ask. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. How do I edit my cart?
It's easy! Click on the cart button on the top right of the page and select "View Cart." You'll have multiple options, including "Edit" and "Remove" buttons next to each product.
4. When will a back ordered item be back in stock?
Any product that is back ordered will have its in-stock date noted on its product page on the website. As always, we're happy to help with specific product questions via chat, phone or email - let us know what you need!

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color or wrong item at no fault of yours-- then simply notify us per the instructions below, and we’ll give you a refund or ship you the correct product upon verification. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if your order has not been processed.
1. How long are shipping times?
All orders received by 6pm EST are submitted to begin processing the same day. Orders received after 6pm EST will be submitted to begin processing the next business day. Your products will ship within 48 hours of your order being processed, and then may take up to 5 business days to reach your doorstep depending on your location. Each product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping is calculated for you at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number in the shipping notification email or text. You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number.
